Open Question: I want to be able to take a 5 second clip off a film of youtube and create a icon on my laptop screen.?

This is so instead of continually going to youtube, waiting for full film to load and finding the 5 second clip i need. If anyone can do it, search for ' riddler scenes part 4' and go to 6mins 24 seconds and its the clip of where the riddler says ' I AM BATMAN' when Nicole kidman asks him.
